This is my “about” page. If you’ve clicked on this link you’re probably someone that I know in real life or we’ve been mutuals on social media for an extended amount of time even though we don’t really know each other. Or you’re an internet stranger. Or a bot.
Here’s a list of stuff about me:
- My name is Emma
- I’m quickly approaching thirty
- I love an obscene bloody mary (the ones stacked with skewers of assorted carcinogens)
- I work in public health, namely substance use education and prevention
- I have a husband (check out his photography website)
- I’m obsessed with my two black cats, Zappa and Finnigan (they sadly do not have a website)
- Mowing the lawn has been my favorite chore since age 8 or 9. (I had to beg my dad to let me mow the front yard and promised that I could mow straight lines. Spoiler: I could not)
- I miss smoking cigarettes (I quit in 2020)
- I don’t want to be buried, but if I were to be entombed it would be in cutoff denim shorts, a crewneck, and Birkenstocks
- Feta goes with everything
- I bake, I brew kombucha, I garden, I sew, I karaoke, I run long distances, and quite frankly I’m tired of writing this list so that’s all you get!
